Damaged Packages: All damaged packages must
be reported to us with 5 days of delivery of product. Any packages
that are not reported to us with in this time frame will not be
exchanged for a new set. All exchanges must have an authorization
before they are exchanged. To claim a damaged package follow this

- We will start the paperwork to have fedex pick up the package
from the original location that it was delivered to
- Place the damaged item back in it's original package so that
fedex can pick it up, we will contact fedex to have the package
- Make the package available for fedex to pick up on the date
that we schedule fedex, we will e-mail you or call you to let
you know when to expect the pickup.
- Once fedex has picked up the package we will then send you
- These rules must be followed in order for us to be able to
file a claim with fedex for damaged packages, if you decide
to send the damaged package back on your own, NO EXCHANGES will
be provided, because we can not file a claim for items that
are not picked up by fedex with a damaged call tag.
Return: You can return product within 5 days.
All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do NOT refund
shipping charges under any circumstances. Clearance items are all
sold as is, there are no returns, exchanges or refund on clearance

- Place the product back in the original (or similar) box and
- Return address will be provided when we acknowledge your
return item email..
- Only items that are return in the condition they were received
will be refunded. All used items or damaged items will NOT be
refunded. If the item is damaged when you return it back to
us it will be up to the buyer to file a claim with the shipping
company to get your money back for the product.
Clearance items are all sold as is, there are
no returns, exchanges or refund on clearance items.

and best value. On any given day a competitor may undercut our price
a little bit. But value is more than just price! It's the combination

Quality We will not intentionally ship you

Each and every item down to the smallest pawn is meets our quality
standards. Chess pieces are repackaged to protect the pieces from
unnecessary scratches and marring.
Specials: Items on the special price are clearance
items and are nonrefundable. All items on the special page are sold
as is, all sales are final on items on special.

and is not used or given to anyone for any reason. At times we may
send you an e-mail or offer when new products arrive, but under
no circumstance will we give, sell, or offer our customers information
to any other company.
